We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Once an order is placed, we take 1–3 working days to process the order.
    During the week this usually takes one working day, but orders placed on Friday evening or weekends may take longer.

  • Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched, and delivery takes an average of 8–12 working days.

Return

Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is.

If you are not satisfied with your items, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The order contains all original parts, components and packaging.

  2. Normal handling is visible, but damage from careless handling is excluded.

  3. Hygiene-sensitive products must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

  4. The product must be found defective immediately upon receipt.

  5. Clara & Rose reserves the right to charge shipping costs.

  6. Returns are processed within 7 working days, and if all conditions are met, officially acknowledged.

  7. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used or damaged through customer handling.

If your order meets the above conditions, please:

We will then speak to you and provide the correct return address.
Never send returns to the sender’s address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

STORNOBAU – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has a right of withdrawal only within the timeframes permitted by law.

A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

The cancellation period is 1 hour from the moment the order is placed.

Once this period has passed, the order is automatically processed and can no longer be cancelled.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within the 1-hour window, you must notify Clara & Rose via a clear statement (e.g. by email).
The cancellation becomes valid when we confirm receipt of your request.

If the goods have already entered processing or shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.
Please wait until the goods arrive and then submit a return request.

To ensure the fastest handling of your return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation once the package has been posted.

Consequences of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract within the allowed period, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding return shipping costs and any additional delivery costs chosen by you.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
